Exterior Car Detailing in Monterey, CA
A pressure-safe, hand-executed wash finished with a hand-applied wax and a lasting, mirror-like gloss.
The problem we're solving
The salt air drifting off Monterey Bay, resinous pine sap and fine road film bond to clear coat with remarkable speed. Automated tunnel washes only grind that grit deeper into the paint, leaving a web of fine swirl marks in their wake — so the vehicle looks more tired a month after purchase than it did the day it left the showroom.
Our approach & craftsmanship
Our craftsmen hand wash every panel using the disciplined two-bucket method and then seal the paint so the next wave of coastal fallout simply rinses away rather than etching in permanently. The entire process unfolds exactly where your car is already parked, sparing you any inconvenience.
What you receive
- No abrasive brushes, no automated tunnel, and no new swirl marks introduced
- A hand-applied wax layer that beads water gracefully even through coastal fog
- Wheels and door jambs are included as standard, never upsold
- Nothing to drop off — our craftsmen come to your home or office

★★★★★ 5.0 · 110 Google reviews“We needed a 1936 Buick cleaned after it had sat in a barn for over 25 years. It was extremely dirty inside and out and Adrian did an amazing job bringing it back to life. He was punctual, communicative and his pricing is beyond fair for the level of detail he delivers.”
“I got an interior detail with shampooed seats today. My 4Runner literally looks brand new inside. It smells so good. He took his time and did an amazing job. I will definitely be a returning customer.”
“Adrian came out on a Saturday afternoon, and did an amazing job! My truck was previously used for construction so it was very dirty, and now it looks brand new! He was very friendly and professional.”
“Monterey Mobile Auto Detail came to my residence and worked on the interior of my 1969 Mini Cooper. The previous owner used it as a dog transporter for 5 years — dog hair all over the carpet, seats and doors. It looks brand new.”
“If you're looking for the best, choose Monterey Mobile Auto Detail! My car is 20 years old. It's a great car, but it needed a deep cleaning. Price is great, he works hard to get the job done and is very friendly!”
“Adrian came out and did my family's 3 cars and exceeded any and all expectations I had. There wasn't a trace of dog or horse hair to be found and the cars look brand new. Punctual, professional, and happy to answer any questions.”
“Adrian did a great job on my little 2009 Volvo C30 — outside, inside & made the engine compartment gleam. It hasn't been this clean or smelled this good in YEARS. He really pays attention to detail. Plus — he comes to you.”
“I have a 1990 BMW 525i that I bought new thirty-six years ago — it's still my main everyday car. Adrian treated it with real care and it hasn't looked this good in decades.”

Full Body Wash & Wax — questions answered
How long does a wax last in Monterey's climate?
Expect roughly two to three months of confident water beading here — the marine layer and salt air are considerably harder on a finish than an inland climate would be.
Can you remove swirl marks?
Light marring improves noticeably with our polishing step. Deeper scratches through the clear coat call for dedicated body-shop work — describe what you're seeing and we'll offer an honest assessment.
